Alabama man may explore his criminal defense options after arrest

Reports did not provide details on what caused the man to come under suspicion for drug activity by police. Nonetheless, authorities apparently conducted a search of the man’s home as part of their criminal investigation.

The search allegedly resulted in police investigators discovering a variety of drugs in the home, including marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine. It was not mentioned where in the home the drugs were purportedly found. Regardless, the man is currently facing multiple allegations including unlawful possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia, second-degree marijuana possession and drug trafficking. At the time of the report, it was uncertain whether he had obtained legal representation.

As the man’s case moves forward, he will certainly want to take a meaningful approach to his criminal defense.
