Brook Tubbs

Brook came to Dean & Barrett in September 2005.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University in Montgomery.  Brook has many responsibilities, but is primarily legal secretary to Mr. Dean for DUI and other criminal matters.  Her job also entails scheduling Mr. Dean's appointments and managing the busy Court calendar.

Brook is married to W. Kelly Tubbs and they have a daughter, Cameron.

Debbie Kleist

Debbie Kleist came to Dean & Barrett as a paralegal in 1999. She received her paralegal certificate from Auburn University at Montgomery in 1992, but has worked in the legal profession since 1988. Debbie handles most plaintiff files, and her job includes interviewing clients, ordering medical records, preparing discovery responses, drafting documents, assisting in trial preparation and providing trial support.

Debbie is married to Bill and has five children, Lynn, Lisa, Will, Mark and Jill.

Kathy Barrett

Kathy Barrett has worked as bookkeeper for Dean & Barrett since 1999. She is also responsible for office maintenance and supply inventory.

Kathy is married to Tutt and they have two daughters, Chandler and Austill.

Vickie Haga

Vickie was hired as Mr. Barrett's legal secretary in 1987. Her duties include scheduling Mr. Barrett's appointments, coordinating and communicating with the courts and assisting in trial preparation. She also handles most of the firm's real estate work.

Vickie is married to Bobby and they have two sons, Joey & Jeff.
