Facing criminal charges can pose a significant issue for anyone. In many cases, charges could come with hefty consequences if a conviction for the allegations takes place in a court of law. Therefore, individuals who have been accused of illegal activity may wish to explore their defense options and obtain other information relating to their criminal law concerns.

One man in Alabama may soon be hoping to find the right legal path for himself after recently being taken into custody. Reports indicated that the man was traveling on a motorcycle when police attempted to pull him over for speeding. However, the man allegedly did not stop for officers. He reportedly wrecked his motorcycle and did not remain at the scene. He was later located by a police tracking dog.

After being extracted from his hiding place, police purportedly found an ounce of methamphetamine on the man. As a result, he is now facing charges for methamphetamine trafficking as well as unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The report noted that his bond was set at $1 million. Additional information on the man’s case may be available at a later time.

The situation this Alabama man now faces may cause him to feel a great deal of stress and uncertainty. In order to potentially feel more comfortable in his situation, he may wish to determine which criminal defense route could work in his best interests. While doing so, he may also want to discuss his options with his criminal law attorney in hopes of creating a defense that could have the most meaningful outcome.
